DHPP or DHLPP
Rabies
Bordetella (for kennel cough)
Influenza vaccine is highly recommended, but not required
A Capstar will be administered upon arrival to ensure our facilities and your pet stay flea-free!
Current heartworm prevention is highly recommended

Required Forms

Both of these forms are required- they must be emailed prior to your stay. These forms are only required to be completed once for each pet.

What To Bring

Food- We do require your pet's own food to avoid any stomach upset from a sudden food change. [Food should be in either individual ziplocks or gallon-sized ziplocks, no large containers!]

Vaccine Records- Current vaccine records to keep our system up-to-date.

We have bowls, treats, and a Kuranda bed for each dog!
